The Manufacturing Process

Rough Rolling

Thickness at exit greater than or equal to 0.05mm is rough rolling.

Medium Rolling

The outlet thickness is between 0.013 and 0.05 for medium rolling

Finish Rolled

The finished products of single-sheet and double-rolled products with an export thickness less than 0.013mm are finish-rolled

Cutting

Cut the double-rolled double-layer aluminum foil into two or more rolls of single-layer foil, and cut the single-rolled aluminum foil into one or more rolls of aluminum foil

Annealing

A process of heating to an appropriate temperature at a certain heating rate, keeping it for a certain period of time (called heat preservation), and cooling at a slow rate

Packing

After all the processes are finished, the products are packed in wooden boxes
