A: The standard super long is 100 to 300 meters per roll. Advanced slitting technology allows the selection of 50m to 500m length without changing the core size.

Q3: can I do a roll (tear every 30cm) with a hole?

Q9: Is there no problem with polished and matte surfaces?
A: There's not much difference in standard cooking. However, for best results, place the glossy side toward the heat source (which reflects heat) and one side of the mat toward the food source (which reduces attachment). Food safety on both sides.
