Q1: Are HTMM small aluminum foil rolls genuine food grade? Do they react with acidic or alkaline foods?
Answer: All HTMM small aluminum foil rolls are 100% food-grade aluminum foil rolls, which are made from high-purity aluminum alloys  and are FDA, EU 10/2011 and GB4806 compliant. The aluminum foil is coated with a dense oxide to prevent oxidation with most alkaline or acidic foods (e.g., tomatoes, pure vinegar, citrus fruits) under reasonably normal use (i.e., storage or heating conditions, ≤ 230℃).

Q2: Can aluminum foil rolls withstand high temperatures for baking or grilling?
Answer: HTMM small aluminum foil rolls can withstand high temperatures exceptionally well. The standard 8011 alloy foil can withstand temperatures up to 230℃ safely in use and is capable for use in any oven baking (180 to 220℃), and outdoors on a grill. For high temperatures usage (e.g., commercial baking at 250℃), we recommended 8011 alloy foil to ensure greater heat stability. 

Q3: Are there custom options for small aluminum foil rolls?
Answer: HTMM can provide comprehensive customization to meet your needs: 
  • Size custom options: thickness (0.008mm-0.03mm), width (120mm-600mm), core diameter (usually 38-40mm), roll weight.
  • Surfaces: one side glossy, other side matte. 
  • Coatings: food grade color coatings can be applied for hairdressing foil.
  • Packaging: we can pack to retail specifications (colorful boxes, plastic sleeves) along with the requested brand logo. 
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized orders is 1000 rolls, the production timeframe is 40-50 days. 

Q4: What is the MOQ for stock and custom rolls?
Answer: - Stock Sizes (In the hot selling table): MOQ is 1000 rolls, this is an ideal arrangement for small sellers or trial orders. 
  • Custom sizes/specification roll: MOQ is 3000 rolls, this is due to customizing the production process, which requires changes to production lines and raw material arrangement. For customers with less than 3000 rolls, we can provide a stock mixing option ( a number of standard size rolls combined as 1 order) to fit their requirements. 

Q5: What is the delivery timeframe for orders? 
Answer: – Stock orders: 7-10 working days after payment confirmation by the bank, a period within the delivery period for packaging and logistics. 
  • Custom orders: 40-50 days within the production timeframe. 

Question 6: Can I request free samples before placing a big order? 
Response: Yes, HTMM offers free samples sized A4 (-up to 5 types), for testing quality. Customers only need to pay for delivery costs (DHL, FedEx, EMS). The samples will be dispatched out within three working days since the sample request has been confirmed.

 If you would like the sample to be a large size or as sample rolls, there will be a nominal fee. If the customer follows through with placing the bulk order the fee will be deducted from the bulk payment. 

Question 7: What are the payment terms for international orders?
Response: HTMM offers pay terms based to reduce customer risk: 
- First time customers: 30% of the order value will have to be paid as an advance payment upon confirmation (T/T Tele-graphed transfer) and 70% of the order value paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
- Long term cooperatives customers: An advance payment of 20% will be paid for orders, the remaining 80% will be paid against the copy of the B/L.

Question 8: How is the aluminium foil roll packed so as not to be damaged in transit?
Response: HTMM uses export standard packaging to provide best integrity for products: 
- Retail rolls: Each roll is wrapped in food grade plastic film, placed in a color box with proof moisture layer wrapped in sturdier carton box for the journey.

Q9: How long are HTMM's small aluminum foil rolls good for?
Answer: The shelf-life of HTMM's aluminum foil rolls is 24 months from the production date when stored properly (in a dry and ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and corrosive material). Although the physical properties of aluminum foil will not degrade over time, baby storage methods (ex: high humidity, contact with chemicals, etc.) can result in the oxidation of the item. 

Q10: Does HTMM provide the engineering support using aluminum rolls?
Answer: Yes. HTMM has a technical support team that can provide full technical support to customers.
Technical support includes input on product selection based on the customer's applications (thickness recommendation for baking vs freezing applications, etc). 

Q11: Are the aluminum foil rolls recyclable?  Does HTMM have any environmental certifications? 
Answer: HTMM's aluminum foil rolls are 100% recyclable. Aluminum is a sustainable material that can be recycled repeatedly and remains stable without losing its quality. On top of this, HTMM's factory has an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and our manufacturing processes meet green manufacturing standards by reducing energy consumption and waste emissions, as well as qualiifying for eco-friendly box materials and biodegradable packing peanuts in efforts to achieve customers' sustainability goals. 

Q12: What do I do if I receive goods that are not of good quality (e.g., inconsistent thickness, have tears)?
Solution: HTMM applies strict quality standards. Every batch is checked 3 times (raw materials, production, and pre-shipment), and a quality inspection document is supplied with every shipment. If there are any quality issues within 7 days of receiving the goods, please take a few pictures and/or videos of the issue and write to our aftersales team along with the batch number. We will review the issue within 3 working days and suggest a viable solution.
- Minor issue - partial refund or discount on the next order.
- Major Issue (i.e., Specifications not conformed to) - free replacement for defective products or full refund of your purchase, in which case HTMM will cover the return and re-ship cost for replaced defective goods.

Q13: Can HTMM print my brand logo on the packaging or roll of aluminum foil?
Solution: Yes, we offer custom branding options, including
- Customizing sizes (thickness., width, length and cardboard core weight), and
- Custom boxes with branding colors, logos, and other/items marketed with your brand.
Branding will incur a one-time plate making fee, waived for orders greater than 3000 rolls. We will need you to provide us your vector files branding of your brand, and your markers that you want to put in your design that can be evaluated before full production. Once printed you will receive a mock proof of your custom design or logo for your review before production.

Solution: To ensure on-time delivery, HTMM implements a variety of measures:
