1. Alloy 1235 versus 8079 and 8011?1235 and 8079 are more elongation and preferred for double zero foil less than 10 microns. 8011 is good in strength and formability for thickness 10 microns and above.
2. Why is 8011 not appropriate for double zero foil?8011 has larger intermetallic particles which can cause forming problems at very thin gauges. For 5-9 micron foil, purer alloys such as 1235 and 8079 are appropriate.
3. What is double zero foil? It refers to thickness from .005mm to .009mm (5-9 microns) written with two zeros after the decimal point.
4. What is the MOQ?We have a minimum order quantity of 5 tons per specification.
