Best-selling region - The Middle East
The Middle East is the main market for 14-micron 8011 aluminum foil due to several factors. The expanding food processing and dairy industries in this region require high-barrier packaging to withstand the hot and humid climate. In addition, the growing pharmaceutical production bases in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan rely on foam films of consistent quality. Aluminum foil is widely used in the thermal insulation industry driven by extreme temperatures. HTMM products are particularly popular here because our customization options meet the regional preferences for printing foils of specific widths and automatic packaging lines.
What does HTML provide?
The price is set by the factory. They don't hide or mediate the cost.
Rigorous quality control: tensile strength, elongation, number of pinholes and surface wetting are detected on a batch basis.
Delivery time is short: standard note 20-25 days; Duplicate standard 15 days.
Technical support: help matching foil attributes to conversion equipment.
Flexible logistics: spellman boxes and full boxes to all ports in the Middle East, including jebary, daman and aqaba.
After-sales service warranty: aluminum foil that does not meet the promised standard will be replaced free of charge.
FAQ - frequently asked questions
1.What is the difference between 8011 aluminum alloy and 1235 aluminum alloy of 14 micrometer foil?
The 8011 offers higher strength and better elongation compared to 1235 and is faster and more resistant to breakage during molding and printing. The 1235 is softer and cheaper but easily torn for most packaging and insulation applications, the 8011 is preferred.
2.Can you provide printed aluminum foil with a thickness of 14 micrometers?
That's right. HTMM USES solvent-free inks that comply with food safety standards and can print surfaces in up to six colors. It is recommended to check the printing pattern and the length of the duplicates before manufacturing.
3. What is the number of needle holes in your 14 micron foil?
Our standard is less than 50 injection holes per square meter, meet the international requirements of pharmaceutical and food contact application. More stringent restrictions (e.g. ≦20 pinholes /m²) can be adjusted at marginal costs if necessary.
4. How do I calculate the minimum order quantity of customized annotation?
The standard minimum binding weight is 2 tons per standard (same alloy, thickness, width, rebaking). If you need to load cargo of various sizes in one container, we can negotiate a minimum annotation amount of 3 tons.
5. Is your 14 micron aluminum foil safe to touch food directly?
Absolutely. Our 8011 aluminum foil is manufactured from food rolling oil and has passed migration tests for the European Union (EC 1935/2004) and FDA (21 CFR 177.1390). We can issue proof of compliance as required.
6. How to prevent oxidation by sea mail to Middle East?
Each winding is sealed in front of a bundle of VCI paper and a three-layer polyethylene sheet. The container is full of desiccants. With this method, aluminum foil can be used for 12 months under normal storage conditions.
Can
7.14 micrometers of aluminum foil cover a yogurt cup or dessert cup?
Yes. The 8011 foil with 14 micron is widely used as the cover material for small to medium sized cups. When used, the peeling applicator provides sufficient permittivity. HTMM provides thin control hot rod strength (8-15 N /15mm) to ensure easy peeling and no tearing.
8. What is the width of your custom order?
Corresponding width from 100mm to 1200mm. Most of our customers in the Middle East usually produce the widths of 300mm, 500mm and 800mm. The medium size can be specified without requiring the mold value.
9. Do you provide samples before wholesaling the order?
Yes. HTMM provides samples of A4 size or 5 kilos free of charge. We only pay the international fare. Sample production will take 3 to 5 working days. This allows you to test the level of printability, hot-rod performance or pinhole on the production line.
10. How does the 14 micron thin pack to avoid edge damage during transportation?
Each coil is protected by an edge protector of fibreboard and covered with stretch film. And place the coils on a heavy wooden tray with plates. Corner guards and bundle belts prevent movement in containers and ensure that foil arrives at Middle Eastern ports in factory condition.
11. Can the same 8011, 14 micrometers aluminum foil food and non-food products?
Never. The gourd is chemically inert and suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. If the aluminum foil needs to touch the food directly, please contact our team to provide the use and compliance service of the food rolling oil. Non-food costs are a little lower.
