1. How much do you require as a minimum order for custom foil rolls? 
A: For custom orders, the standard minimum order is 3 metric tons and may consist of any number of different roll sizes, types of packaging or prints over one production run. Smaller quantities can be ordered if you would like to have product in the market before committing to larger quantities. Please feel free to contact us about these types of options.

2. Can you tell me about the customization options available to me via your wholesale program? 
A: Our wholesale program offers the most comprehensive customization options available: thickness of foil (10-20 microns), width, length, size of core, up to 4 color printing including the foil (any color), fully customized Retail Box Design & Print, shrink wrapping in a bundle, Master Carton Specifications.

3. How long does it take to get my custom order once I've approved my artwork? 
A: The order lead-time is normally 30-45 days from your approval of the artwork and from the time you've confirmed the order, including the amount of time that it takes for custom print plate production, packaging material sourcing, and production and quality assurance, as well as time to create a sample roll to have the customer approve typically takes 15-20 days.

4. Are you able to produce new things similar to an existing competitor's?
