Burger & sandwich packaging: high-speed, automated packaging machines need foil that works smoothly and unobtrusive. Our 10 micron foil features consistent pull-up tension and low static clinging ideal for QSRS(quick service restaurants).

Bakery & pastry liner: the baker puts this foil between dough carvings or on a baking sheet. Even without oil, it prevents adhesion, and because it is thin, it cannot block heat from the floor crust.

Catering tray cover: for airline and event catering, the pre-plated cabin type is covered with 10 micron foil. Provides a safe seal to prevent spillage and retains moisture during flash heating.

Common Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Does the 10 micron aluminum foil have enough strength for automatic packing machine? Doesn't it tear easily?

A: This is a #1 concern. Standard low quality 10 - micron applause does not tear. However, HTMM is using the 8011 alloy, which has a higher iron content (Fe :0.6~1.0%) compared to the 1235 alloy. This iron content increases the foil's mechanical strength and elongation percentage (Elongation >1.5%). Control the process of controlling "dead - soft" temper. This means that the foil does not tear, but stretches slightly under the tension. We recommend a top machine speed of 80 to 120 packs per minute for 10 micron foils. Above that, I recommend 12 micron.

Q2 :10 Micro foils available for convection ovens or grills?

A: yes. But there is a point of caution. The 10 micron foil is safe for oven use up to 220° C (428° F). In the case of direct roasting or charcoal burning, 10 micron oxidizes and becomes vulnerable, so we recommend 14 micron. But when you wrap potatoes, cover casseroles, and line baking trays in a standard convection oven, 10 micron performs very well because it delivers heat rapidly.

Q3: What's the difference between the feeding alloy 1235 and 8011?

A: This is an important distinction technically.

1235 alloy (99.35% aluminum): soft, ductile and glossy. Perfect for trimming sandwiches or freezing meat. Force down.

8011 alloy (Fe + Si dominant): slightly hard, higher pinhole resistance, better seal performance. HTMM is recommending the 8011 on high-speed automatic machines or on the packaging of oily/spicy foods (curry, pizza, etc.) because aluminum ions are not eluted under acidic conditions.

Q4:10 Do you provide FDA and LFGB certification on micro foils?

A: never. Each batch of 10 micron food service gourd in HTMM shall be tested by SGS or BV. Offers:

Q5: What is the return policy when foil has pinholes or blockages?

If the rolls are blocked by improper slits (burrs on the edge), they will be exchanged free of charge on your next order.
